BCA is a tenant governed independent not-for-profit organization based in Vancouver. We develop cultural spaces in BC that serve the needs of artists and cultural organizations as well as the communities where they are located. Projects of BCA are designed to address the opportunities and challenges of their particular local context by employing critical and equitable community engagement processes where we build dynamic and inclusive project visions.
