Address

The main entrance of the Sun Wah Centre is at 268 Keefer Street, between Main St and Gore Ave. BCA Sun Wah is located on floors LG, 3 and 4 within the Sun Wah Centre.

Transit

Closest Skytrain Stations: Stadium-Chinatown (Expo Line) or Main Street-Science World (Expo Line), then a 8-15 minute walk.

Bus routes: #22 on Pender/Gore, #3, 8, 19 on Main (& Keefer), #14, 16, 20 on Hastings St (& Main)

Parking

Floors 5 to 7 of the Sun Wah Centre is public parking managed by EasyPark. Its entrance/exit is on Keefer Street. The hours of the parkade is 7am to 7pm daily.

For parking after 7pm, there is metered street parking, surface parking lots and parkade options in the area. Limited free parking can be found in neighbouring Strathcona or DTES, but please be aware of posted restrictions.

Bikes

Mobi Bike-share stations are located at Keefer & Columbia and Main & Georgia.

Bike racks can be found along Keefer Street. Unfortunately, there is no public bike parking inside the Sun Wah Centre. The closest secure and covered bike parking is inside the Chinatown Plaza parkade at 180 Keefer St (and Columbia).

When to Visit

While the Sun Wah Centre’s public hours are 9 am to 7 pm daily, please note that each BCA Sun Wah tenant has their own operating hours*. Some have public visiting hours, while others are “by appointment only”. Before you visit, please check with the person or organization you are seeing.

*During COVID-19, appointments are appreciated and preferred. See our COVID Safety Information for more details about access during this time.

Accessibility

NB: The Sun Wah Centre has not yet had an accessibility audit.

Some specifications of the building for your consideration:

  • Building entrance at 268 Keefer Street is at street level with no steps.

  • Lobby has a ramp with handrail to reach the elevator.

  • Elevator access to each floor.

Specifications of BCA Sun Wah floors (Lower Ground, 3rd, 4th):

  • Washrooms are non gendered. Universal washroom on each floor.

  • Chairs in our flex spaces are without arms.

  • Assistance animals are welcome.

  • A number of our tenants have dogs. You may encounter some furry friends in common areas and elevators.
