Studio Spaces

Our building offers 66 units for artists and non-profits, with access via keyfob daily from 7:00 am to Midnight. Amenities include shared kitchens, accessible bathrooms on all floors, secure bike parking, two washout sinks, and free Wi-Fi. Bookable flex spaces available to tenants for up to 5 hours at no charge, with longer bookings at a cost.

Flex Space

Our Flex Spaces are available for rent to the public upon request. Rentals include access to chairs, tables, internet, and washroom facilities. Please note that insurance is required, and the rates listed below do not include GST.
