BCA is a tenant-governed not-for-profit organization based in Vancouver, BC. We support local artists and cultural organizations by striving to provide affordable, accessible space for creative work and collaboration.

Our current project is located in Sun Wah Centre, in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown, which is a cultural hub that hosts over 100 artists and cultural organizations. This space includes art studios, offices, and presentation areas, all designed to meet the needs of Vancouver’s artistic communities and the neighborhoods they’re part of.

BCA’s works to be grounded in equitable, community-led engagement. We develop our spaces in response to local contexts, building inclusive and dynamic environments where culture can thrive.
